DNV and GL Register of Shipping merged on 20 Dec.

DNV and GL Register of Shipping signed the agreement of company merge on 20 Dec. New organization named as DNV GL Group, headquarter in Oslo, capital of Norway, but service of vessel register headquarter in Hamburg, Germany. DNV and GL will continue to work seperately.
